Our 1860 Italianate family home and landscaped grounds have regained their elegance and cultural heritage in Neffsville, PA, just a short drive from Historic Lancaster, PA, the rolling hills of Amish Country, and picturesque Lititz. My husband and I had a wonderful weekend getaway at the EJ Bowman House. This was our first time staying in a bed and breakfast, and our stay far exceeded my expectations. Owners Scott and Diane met us when we arrived and immediately made us feel more like family guests instead of just visitors. The house itself is beautiful, historic, and spotlessly clean. We stayed in the Hauck room which was pleasant and comfortable with nice bathroom and a small refrigerator. Scott and Diane go out of their way to ensure guests are taken care of - there is a small kitchenette where homemade chocolate chip cookies along with bagged snacks, coffee, tea, water, beverages are available 24/7. There is a library/TV room and many other nooks and crannies in the house to meet up with other guests or just enjoy private time outside of your room. The backyard is beautifully landscaped with a koi pond and comfy chairs and seating. The rockers on the side porch are perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. The breakfasts were outstanding, and we enjoyed meeting and chatting with the other guests along with Scott and Diane. We really enjoyed our stay, and we're planning on returning again next year.

Its ok but i rather go to a regular hotel. This is a home with rooms, where what ever next door is watchin in TV, talking, or getting in or out, even walking in there room, you can hear it all. The owners are very nice.

Diane and Scott are excellent hosts/owners of the B & B. They made an amazing breakfast to die for. They were informative and treated us like family. They made the trip! The historic building was clean, quiet, and unique. Garden outback was amazing. Heated bathroom floors were a nice touch. Great location close to everything. Will definitely stay there again!

Beautiful Bed and Breakfast at a great location. The house is beautifully decorated and the grounds are calm, well kept and absolutely charming! Scott and Diane treat their guest like friends who come to stay at their house. They are extremely friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was delicious!!!

I've never really had a "bad" stay at a B&B, but this stay was exceptional! I love the family-style breakfast with other guests and our hosts. The room was very comfortable and we were encouraged to use other parts of the house for relaxation out of the room.
